To achieve the domestic hot/cold – you will simply pull the handle out away from the body of the tap and move this left or right.
To achieve boiling water, you will need to keep the handle in the off position (parallel with the body of the tap) push down the button on top of the lever and pull this down by a quarter of a turn. You may feel some resistance but do not stop until the handle has made a 90-degree turn.

E3 Trouble shooting guide:

An E3 error message on the tank indicates there is not enough water in the boiler tank.

Normally to remedy this you could turn the tank off and allow to cool, once cooled down disconnect the two pipes (water supply doesn’t need to be turned off for this).

Turn the boiler tank upside down over the sink and drain completely.

Reconnect the pipes and run the boiler side tap until water is dispensed from the spout of the tap (This will ensure the tank is full).

Plug the tank back in and allow to reach desired temperature.

Sometimes the float sensor in the tank can get caught with dirt / debris through the system and trigger the electronics to believe the tank is empty, flushing the system as described above should resolve the issue for you.

The 3IN1 boiling water tap has three functions, this tap provides domestic hot water, domestic cold water and boiling water.
The 4IN1 boiling water tap has four functions, this tap provides domestic hot water, domestic cold water, cold filtered water, and boiling water.

For a 3IN1 the minimum this can be fitted to is 2/3mm however this will need the white bracket provided in the fixing kit to be fitted too. The maximum thickness of worktop is 43mm, if the worktop is thicker, the installer will be required to router out the worktop underneath to allow this to be fitted.
For a 4IN1 the minimum this can be fitted to is 2/3mm however this will need the white bracket provided in the fixing kit to be fitted too. The maximum thickness of worktop the 4IN1 can be fitted to is 40mm, this is the very maximum and should not be fitted to anything thicker.
